well the temp part is what tells me the tag was swallowed at any rate. could have been nipped off the shark by another ? doesn’t for sure mean the shark itself was eaten? but they don’t say that ! — still I invite speculation as to what besides a megalodon could’ve perpetrated this….. sperm whale? I don’t think that region is part of the natural habitat of that creature however?
